[K12OSN] User screens flashing windows

Here is another start to the school year issue for you guys.
We have 3 K12LTSP servers, all running v.5. One of them, when you log on to
it through a terminal starts blinking windows and becomes unusable. This is
for "most" users and "most" clients. Some computers seem to just work while
others don't. If it was more concrete I would just reinstall K12 on the
server. Is anyone else having this issue? Should I just reinstall?
