[K12OSN] MEA - through sme server (how-to)

A bit off topic - I've installed a sme server at three schools after the
Linux symposium last year.

While at the Linux symposium last year - David Trask said that there is
a way to configure the SME server for a connection ("persistent") from
the in-house MEA Test Delivery Server (TDS) - to the servers at the MEA
facility.

Do any of you know of a how-to that describes the steps to make this
connection?

The ports are: 80, 7800, 7801, 7802
