WRT Payroll for SQL-Ledger:
There is a canadian payroll program available (cdnpayroll) which does 
our payroll for us. It has in the past been adapted to doing the queries 
for SL. That isn't working right now, however.

We do the payroll GL entries manually, and set up Vendor Invoices for 
the employees. That way, we can track individual employees (for tax 
time) and still get overall payroll costs.
