[K12OSN] Setting Open Office 2.0 to save as a Doc by default.

Hey Eric,
These patches didn't work for me.  I have the rpms from the oo site
which install to /opt.  I changed the patches and script to relect
that but it's still not working.  Were on Centos 4.2 x86_64. Any
ideas?
