[K12OSN] Yum and caching-nameserver

That does not give the desired results, caching-nameserver-ltsp and
k12ltsp-core are removed and not replaced by the "yum update"

Try this instead:

 	yum remove caching-nameserver-ltsp caching-nameserver
 	yum install k12ltsp-core
