rdesktop is a core package of Fedora. I don't see that they have an
update to 1.4.1 in their testing queue, I would assume that there is no
rdesktop update for FC4 planned.

FC5 test1 has redesktop 1.4.1. If you are adventurous and really need
redesktop 1.4.1, you can try rebuilding the src.rpm:

ftp://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/SRPMS/rdesktop-1.4.1-3.1.src.rpm
rpmbuild --rebuild rdesktop-1.4.1-3.1.src.rpm
