If all fail, use softraid.

Hi Steve,

Try disableing ACPI via grub bootloader options.You might also take a
look at http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&q=IRQ+10+Nobody+cares%21%22+silicon+&qt_s=Search
ans similar if you already haven't.
