[K12OSN] HEADS UP: K12LTSP 4.2.2EL

I have not had a chance to write up an official announcement, but
K12LTSP 4.2.2EL is ready to roll. The repositories have been cut-over to
the new version and the ISOs are available on the mirrors.

If you are running K12LTSP 4.2.1EL, just run "yum update".

If you want shiny new ISOs, here is where you'll find them...
