[K12OSN] Tuxpaint in Icewm gone after yum update

Hi,

My server (distro: k12EL 4.2.1) is set to update every night. One 
morning, i discovered that the tuxpaint menu in Graphics is gone. I 
can't get it back. Anybody out there can help me to put the it back in 
the menus.
