[K12OSN] Server specs....how low can you go?

That should be okay, if all they're going to do is surf the net.  Your
bottleneck on an old system like that will probably be I/O.

You're going to have to test it regardless, so I suggest you put it all
together and hammer it.  Adjust accordingly.
