The answer in short is no. I would say Edubuntu still needs some work
before it will be fit for production environments. If you would like
to use Ubuntu as your base distro and use LTSP on top of it then I
recommend a tutorial I wrote located here:

It is called ltspguide.pdf. I have received numerous emails that it
has been very helpful in setting up LTSP on Ubuntu. However, the
document is currently under revision due to newer releases of LTSP
(4.2 update 1 and 2). It should still be a good guideline for you and
get you started though.
