[K12OSN] K12LTSP-Moodle Howto

Great how-to!  I took the liberty of fixing some typos and making a some formatting 
changes to make it more consistent.  Also, I think there's supposed to be a screenshot 
at the end of the second-to-last step, as indicated by the words "directory.moodle 
screenshot", but it doesn't appear.
