[K12OSN] K12LTSP and TESA secure browser

I wrote a custom K12LTSP-friendly "TESA browser" for the schools
I support. Since this applies to only a handful of people on this list,
I'll email you a copy off-list  (if anyone else in Oregon is using K12LTSP
and wants a copy, drop me an email)
