[K12OSN] advice needed: Moving to Open Office

Hi

In a small setup, one of the things that I noticed was
that some users tend to use MS Word as a spreadsheet
(think tables and a manual calculator).  The only
issue with this is that Open Offices seems to have an
issue with importing really long tables and formating
them correctly.

It took some convincing that a spreadsheet should be
used and was only really sorted out after I copied the
data and recreated the document in a spreadsheet.

Convincing someone to learn a new way of doing
something is difficult especially when you know it is
a lot better...
