[K12OSN] Network Printers stop in cups k12ltsp 4.4.1

We too had a problem with this. It happened often on FC4. We grew tired 
of this, and installed a seperate printserver on Debian. It acts as a 
cupsserver and our K12LTSPservers are set up as cupsclients. Problem solved.
