[K12OSN] tftp problem on client after IP change on server

Well, TFTP isn't running.  Hmmm, could be the problem.  Why doesn't TFTP
get setup to start automatically???  If TFTP isn't in my list of
services, how do I configure the box to start it automatically??  
Sorry for the trivial questions.
