[K12OSN] Login/Startup Scripts in IceWM

Greetings all. I am having a spot of trouble as the subject indicates.
I would like to have a script run for a particular user at login. I
have no dificulties doing so until I make IceWM the desktop manager.

My setup is the current release of k12ltsp, local user accounts, and
autologin based on MAC using KDE. I can get the script to run as any
user except when under IceWM (by placing a copy inside ~/.kde/Autorun).
The IceWM documentation indicates that the creation of a "startup"
script file is the proper way of doing what I want. I have placed said
file in all of the different directories that IceWM searches to no
avail. The file is properly formatted, owned, and permissioned.

I have used instances of IceWM with ~/.icewm/, /usr/share/icewm, and
whatever the other directory is. I came across some documentation about
putting a call to a script in initrc but this got me nowhere as well.

I'm hoping someone can guide me, beer's on me for any that can =)
