Hmm... I'm thinking that gnomemeeting (or whatever it's new name is) 
would have to be a local app or some such thing.  If it were a local 
app, it should see the USB device.  I'm not sure loading the right 
modules in lts.conf would be enough (although it would be needed I'm 
sure), because the USB device wouldn't be a "local" device to 
gnomemeeting running on the server.

I've never done local apps before, so I don't know if that's feasible, 
but I'm not sure how sound would work either, if you're using ESD plus 
wanting local sound...
