[K12OSN] Reading comprehension tests for k12ltsp

Does anyone know of any open-source testing programs for reading
level? My cooperating teacher is wanting to implement a program
for that next year, and I wasn't able to find anything with a
quick Google search.

I would think one might input a paper-based test series into Moodle,
but I guess I don't know what is available on paper either.
