[K12OSN] EL4.2.3x_64 install with sata

Hey Barry,
I have a dell SC420 64 bit machine that is running  EL4.2.2 without any 
problems. You could try an install of that version. On a side, I did get 
caught earlier on a 32 bit machine with sata drives because of the bios 
settings for the sata mode of operation.
