> Mailman is probably the most popular list manager, I would second Mailman. We use it here for lots of lists, it works great (even on old hardware), and its simple enough for people other than me to maintain the lists. Management of the lists is all web based and straight forward.....Adding/removing addresses is all clicky clicky.
