[K12OSN] OT: XDMCP and DHCP

Ah ok. You're right, my XDMCP is working after all and ltspcfg just
isn't showing properly. Now it's just my DHCP server that won't answer
request from terminal clients. Going to try a fresh install like Sudev
suggested.
