Actually schools are not under any obligation to provide any internet
access at all.  You can block the bejeepers out of stuff and there's
really nothing anyone can do about it ...except get mad.  On the other
hand....if you provide access and don't filter....especially in compliance
with CIPA....then you can get into deep "doo-doo"
