[K12OSN] Amanda Backup

I am trying to install BackUpPC using the apt-get install command. I am
getting errors

If you define a tape and just don't make it available, amanda will
leave the backups in your holding disk space and it knows how to
restore from there. They have recently added a cleaner way to do
it, but if you are only going to use disk storage I'd recommend
backuppc instead of amanda.  It uses compression and duplicate
pooling to get about 10x more than you would expect on a disk.
