[K12OSN] k12ltsp-release conflict with livna-release

I tried to install pine which is in the livna repository.  but it is not
found.

I then tried to install the livna rpm package so I can access the
repository in yum.  I get the following error message.

[root at boesrv01 ~]# rpm -ivh http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-5.rpm

I see that there is an /etc/yum.repos.d/livna.repo on my server


Is there a problem accessing livna with k12ltsp-release?
