What I do is go to kingston. Lookup the memory in their memory/system thingy.
Copy the code for the memory to zipzoomfly, egghead etc. and pick the best
deal. Why Kingston ? If the price is comparable, they have a lifetime
guarantee on it.
But, in the end, it's up to you.
