[K12OSN] OT: In house youtube type thing?

This isn't K12LTSP specific, but my "cutting edge" classroom wants to
use their K12LTSP server to import video from their digital
camcorder, and post the classroom videos (poem readings, etc) to
their website.

Does anyone know of an in-house LAMP type package for converting and
hosting video? Ideally it would work like youtube, google video,
etc, so that it would easily play for parents at home embedded into
the pages.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
-Shawn
