[K12OSN] ltsp/OO: how to have users save .doc .xls .ppt by default ??

Hi all,

I thought this had come up before, but now I can't find it in the archives.
I want all of my ltsp users to save as .doc .xls .ppt by default. The
question I present to you is: how is this done?

I am running Ubuntu LTS 6.06, LTSP 4.2
