[K12OSN] K12LTSP 6.0.0 BETA6 (just about there!)

I made a couple more small changes. I missed disabling the software 
update notification to all users (thanks for catching that Paul!). I 
hopefully fixed the mess I made with the Mondo/Mindi packages (K12LTSP 4 
& 5 packages coming soon).

This is lookin' pretty good to me. I would have named this one 
release-candidate #1, but I need to do a little more testing. My goal is 
to finish up the testing of this build tomorrow & rename this RC1 if I 
don't find any show-stoppers. Then I'll let you guys bang on it over the 
week (Thanks Giving holiday here in the US). If all is still well, these 
will the final 6.0 release.
