[K12OSN] Re: K12LSTP 6 and fl_teachertool

It would be helpful to know that there are additional steps...  It would be
useful to have a readme that was placed on the root desktop or someplace
obvious so new people like me wouldn't be guessing...  The instructions on
the web site are written from the perspective of a manual install which in
K12LTSP is really isn't...
