[K12OSN] IRM LDAP Setup

Anybody have IRM ticketing software authenticate with LDAP?  Here is my
ldap.ini config.
 
[mthcs]
 server = "hsfnp02.mthcs.net"
 protocol = 3
 rootdn = "dc=mthcs,dc=net"
 binddn = "cn=manager,dc=mthcs,dc=net"
 bindpw = "password"
 usernamefield = "uid"
 fullnamefield = "gecos"
 emailfield = "mail"
 locationfield = "officelocation"
 phonefield = "officephonenumber"
 
Any suggestions would be appreciated..
