[K12OSN] Java install problems

Barry, I had tried that before with no luck. I did it again though and it
still failed. The output is below. This is the one with the header not
complete error I was getting. The firewall thing is out, because this server
is now firewall-less at the moment. Shh don't tell anyone. Any other ideas?
