[K12OSN] Printer resetting

This rarely works.  I have to actually use webmin, stop the schedular, 
empty /var/spool/cups, service restart cups and service restart smb and 
then it may work.

Many times it doesn't unless I fool with it for a while. . .

I actually haven't nailed it down to what actually does get it working 
again.  Sometimes it will not work for one or two but the rest are fine. 
Sometimes they all work fine.

Printers are just voodoo-science . . .
