[K12OSN] Problem with booting Compaq Deskpro client

I have a heap of Compaq SF Deskpros working fine. I have just found one with
an unusual problem.
After flashing the bios to get PXE booting to work everything seemed fine
until the last step when I get this error message:

Fatal server error:
xf86MapVidMem: Could not map framebuffer )0x41000000,0x400000) (Cannot
allocate memory)

Can anyone help me?
