[K12OSN] K12LTSP 6.0.0 BETA7: small fix for upgrading from FC4 64bit

I found a bug when upgrading from Fedora Core 4 64bit to K12LTSP 6.0.0
64bit. The 32bit version was not affected.

The only other change was including the latest official patches that
came out since the previous build.
