[K12OSN] fuse does not work after yum update

By default, fuse only works with users who are in the "fuse" group.

On boot up, K12LTSP will over-ride this to allow fuse to work for all
users. You re-run the init script manually to fix the permissions:

	/etc/init.d/ltspfs-insecure start
