[K12OSN] Clearing print queues

How do I clear print queues?  I have 2 HP4000TN printers using JetDirect and IP addressing.  Error log says there's multiple jobs from multiple users stuck in the queues.  They worked up until recently but I can't find a way to clear the queues using the printer manager GUI (System --> Administration --> Printing).  Thanks in advance.Jim Anderson
