[K12OSN] Use Linux DHCP instead of Active Directory DHCP?

Is there a way to turn off the DHCP component of
Active Directory?  I'd like to use an LTSP server w/o
the potential hassles of making AD's DHCP work with
it.

I apologize for the Windows question, and I apologize
for the answer probably being obvious--I don't know
much about Windows servers.
