[K12OSN] gnome-games crashing

My environment: 
Fedora Core release 5 (Bordeaux)
Kernel 2.6.17-1.2157_FC5smp
Gnome 2.14.2
 
Mines: Message: "Error: Could not load images.  Required images have
been found, but refused to load.  Please check your installation of
gnome-games and its dependencies."
Nibbles: Opens a window in which a portion of the desktop is displayed;
game does not run.
Tali: Die images do not appear, but the game may be played.
I haven't tried any others.

I've notices a few of the games crash when started like Mines and
Nibbles. 
They error out with "Could not load images".

Anyone else have the same problem?
