[K12OSN] OT: Shutdown Linux from Windows?

You can also run Cygwin, which is a Unix-like system
that runs on Windows.  Once Cygwin is installed, you
can use it to install OpenSSH.  I assume you can also
write scripts in Cygwin, but I never have.
