[K12OSN] Sound cards and lts.conf

I have dumpster thin clients.  They have a variety if sound cards.  Some 
sound cards are ISA such as ESS1868, Some are PCI such as Sound Blaster  
16 bit types, and some are chips on the motherboard such as SIS 530.

In the lts.conf file I need to enter identification lines for these to 
work which means I need to know what the identification term for each is. 

Can someone direct me to the information to do this?
