It sure does. On the back it has mini-jacks for input, output and microphone. 
On the front it has only output and mic. I have Esound working with xmms, 
mplayer (and mplayerplug-in) and macromedia flash. 

The only disappointment I have had so far is that the hardware only supports 
USB v1.1. This is true of the lstsp150 as well. I had to 
tweak /etc/rc.sysinit and /etc/rc.usb to stop ehci-hd from interferring with 
uhci-hd.

The RPM for mplayer from the greysector repository does not have esd support, 
so I had to make mine from sources (make sure you have esd-devel installed 
first) in order to get esound to work with mplayer.

Here is the significant output for audio from "lspci -vv" on the NTA 6020P:
