[K12OSN] Problem with 5.0 and Cisco switch

For the Cisco Switch you can disable spanning-tree on the port. Be sure to only
disable spanning-tree to ports connected to computers or you can create some
nasty spanning-tree loops in your network.

HowTo:
Telnet to Cisco switch
enable
Config t
  interface f0/1   <--whatever your interface #..If you dont know do a "show run"
  spanning-tree portfast   <--Disables spanning-tree on port so port comes up right
  
  interface f0/2
  ..
  interface f0/3
  ..
wr mem

So, do this to each interface connecting to a computer and see if it helps.
