Mel, how harecore are your users with word processing? I don't mean to be
blunt, but it is a word processor. Not that hard.

Anyways. Check out Robin Millers Point and Click OpenOffice.org book. (
http://roblimo.com/) That is a good start for people who feel they "need"
something in their hand.
