[K12OSN] Digital Bulletin Boards

I recall reading somewhere in the Apache web server
documentation that there is a setting that defines how
often a page gets reloaded, even when a user's browser
window is static. I know I've read some news sites
where the page automatically reloads every few
minutes, so they can show me all their advertisements.

I did a quick search of the Apache docs, but didn't
find anything. Does anybody know what this feature is
called?
