If you're willing to go with mail order, I think you'd be better off
with an Nvidia (my choice) or ATI.
For example, Newegg.com has Asus and Biostar Geforce MX4000 AGP cards
for under $30 each (including shipping).
If you need PCI cards, you're looking at about $40 each for an eVga
(preferred) or Jaton.
At any rate, I think you'll get better performance from one of those
chipsets than you'll see from the SIS.
