[K12OSN] Super fast repeating keys on keyboard.

Unfortunately this is not a client issue because I can plug that boxe's
ethernet cable into any other client and that client will have the
problem. I don't have a common set of motherboards, all ten are
different brands and models. This indicated that if the problem moves
to where ever I plug in that ethernet cable then it has to be a problem
with the server, possible the port the server is using for that cable.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks
Pat
