[K12OSN] XF86CONFIG_FILE =

in lts.conf, the parameters should not be on the same line as the
section. ie, it should be:

[00:15:f2:45:cb:21]
XF86CONFIG_FILE = MultiSeatXorg.conf

on 2 separate lines. Also, make sure that the file MultiSeatXorg.conf
is in:  /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/

Finally, if you are using the latest LTSP, you should be able to specify
multihead display parameters in lts.conf. Attached is an email that I
once sent discussing (loosely) how to make use of it.
