[K12OSN] clock, tasks, evolution crashing on K12LTSP

When I login to K12 Fed5, I get a system notice that tells me my clock has suddenly stopped and prompts me to restart or not restart. Also, when I click the Evolution icon, nothing happens. I cannot bring tasks up either. I know all 3 are connected.
Is there some way I can refresh everything, or kill some config file that is not working? I'm not even sure what to look for.
