[K12OSN] teleconferencing

I have used Polycom in the past but now we are using Tandberg.  I have
been very impressed with the quality and ease of use of the Tandberg
stuff.  The support from Tandberg has also been great.  We have three
rural K-8 schools and teach 7th and 8th grade English, Math, and
Science between the 3 schools with highly-qualified teachers to meet
NCLB requirements.  We are using the Tandberg 880 MXP units.
